RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
At Dust Slime, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We want to make the returns process as smooth as possible. Please review the following conditions before initiating a return:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital goods (e.g., downloads, subscriptions)
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, cosmetics)
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom products
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back and we'll be happy to help.
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at jpatel.store@gmail.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photo evidence of the product if defective or damaged
Once approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your return. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
REFUNDS PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Here's what to expect:
- Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited back to your original payment method.
- Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
SHIPPING COSTS
Please review our policy on return shipping costs before sending back your item:
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs for standard returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
